The system provides special services for all students. These services can be used by logging in, such as viewing the final result, detailed grades for the course, registering courses, making an appeal, paying fees and expenses electronically, applying for admission and exams for postgraduate students, …
- The official email

Each student gets his own official e-mail through which he can communicate with faculty members, access the college’s educational video recordings, and participate in online lectures.
- E-learning management system
https://asu2learn.asu.edu.eg/medicine
The system contains all academic content for all levels of study and postgraduate studies.
For postgraduate students: Go to the Postgraduate Studies Department to request creating an account on UMS
For undergraduate students (students enrolled in the first level or higher levels in the college): Go to the Student Affairs Department to request creating an account on UMS.
Then follow the following steps
1. Log in to UMS through https://ums.asu.edu.eg
2. Choose Login
3. Choose “Faculty of Medicine”
4. Write the username and password as received from the Department.
5. Click on the “Login” button
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to update your data.
You need to reset your password
Follow these steps:
1. Open the UMS login page (here)
2. Click the link at the bottom right “Can’t Remember Your Password?” (If you can’t find the link while using mobile phone then please use a personal computer or a laptop)
3. A reset password page will open, Choose your college “Faculty of Medicine”
4. Write you official mail (example@med.asu.edu.eg)
5. Press “Reset Password”
6. A message should appear informing you that a new email has been sent to your official email – IF this message didn’t appear and you get an error “This Account not found” then go to Q3 —
7. Login to your official mail (https://outlook.office365.com/), you should receive email in your inbox with subject (UMS Reset Password) including the new reset password.
8. Return to your UMS login page and login using your ID and the recived password.
9. A new page will be open asking you to change your password.
10. Then the site will ask for some updates for your information.
You Should go to the students/postgraduate’s affairs office and ask them to add your official mail (example@med.asu.edu.eg) in your UMS account.
If you are a first-year newcomer student:
The official e-mail for “first-year students” is received from Student Affairs after completing the file and paying the fees or from (here).
If you are Undergraduate student:
Send a WhatsApp message to the number (01550674421) with the following data:
1. Photo of your national ID (front and back) or your passport
2. Photo of your academic ID card that contains your set ID
3. Your full name in English
4. Your current academic year
If you are a postgraduate student:
Send a WhatsApp message to the number (01551250140) with the following data:
1. Photo of your national ID (front and back) or your passport
2. A statement from the postgraduate affairs ensuring that you have registered to the postgraduate studies
3. Your full name in English
4. Your department
If you are faculty member staff
Send a WhatsApp message to the number (01551410057) with the following data:
1. Photo of your national ID (front and back)
2. In case your university job is not proven in your national ID, then please send proof of the job.
3. Your full name in English
4. Your department
Please go to the official e-mail page to learn the steps to operate it and the steps to reset the password.

If you have already entered your data before and want to complete the registration for enrollment and payment, please go to the Graduate Studies Office and request your tracking number.
Then enter the same registration page and select the “Continue Registration” button.
Then enter the tracking number that starts from the left with the number (14), then the sign (-), then capital and small letters, and then ends with two signs (==).
The service of applying for exams electronically is available to postgraduate students bylaw 2016 only.
You must go to the Postgraduate Studies Affairs to set your academic record and ensure that there are no pending courses in the case of applying electronically in previous exams.
All tuition fees are paid electronically only through the student’s UMS account.

All services are requested and paid electronically only through the student’s UMS account.
To find out the steps for requesting the service online and paying its fees:
1) For student affairs services (students enrolled in the first level or higher levels of the college), please go to this page.
2) For alumni affairs services (college alumni), please go to this page.
3) For postgraduate services (students enrolled in postgraduate programs or having postgraduate studies from the college), please go to this page for certificates or this page for information.
Important note:
Please choose the service carefully, as the required service whose fees are paid is not exchanged or refunded.
A service requested from the student’s personal account can be canceled through the following steps:
1. Go to https://ums.asu.edu.eg
2. Login with your personal account
3. Choose “Payment”
4. Select “Pending Payment”
5. Click on the “Cancel” button on the service you want to cancel it
6. Press on “Processing Cancellation Transaction” button if it is confirmed that the service fees have not been paid
Important note: In case the service fees are paid and then after that the student cancelled that service, the payment process will not be cancelled and the fees paid will not be refunded.
You can view the history of all your services by these steps:
Login to the system https://ums.asu.edu.eg
Select “Faculty Services”
Choose “Service History”
Choose “Faculty of Medicine” and enter the national number that was entered in the application or the passport number for expatriates
Click on the “View” button
Then all the services provided and the status of each service will appear.
All results were announced electronically
Steps to show the results:
1) Student Affairs (students enrolled in the first level or higher levels of the college), please go to this page.
2) Postgraduate students (students enrolled in postgraduate programs or obtaining postgraduate studies from the college), please go to this page.
The same steps as Q12 (twelfth question), but going to the Yearwork Grades page instead of the Grades page

You must go to the Student Affairs Department and submit an appeal request, along with paying its fees electronically.
Please send the following information to umssupport@med.asu.edu.eg from your official email
1) An accurate description of the problem
2) A copy of the payment receipt in case of immediate payment
3) The name of the service or expenses that you have paid
4) A copy of the national ID card for Egyptian students or the passport number for international students
5) A copy of the college ID or seat number
If you are a postgraduate student, state the degree in which you are enrolled, the name of the program, and the department
Note that the response is send during the official working days and hours from Sunday to Thursday (from 8 am to 2 pm)
