Applying for postgraduate exams for the academic year 2021/2022
October term 2022
The first section for master’s degrees, higher diploma and professional diploma
Please read the instructions carefully
1- You must apply electronically through the university’s electronic platform UMS, and no other method of application is considered. Steps to progress link at the end of the page.
(In the event that you do not have an account on UMS, please go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the college to obtain an account on UMS)
2- A questionnaire must be completed at the end of the program for postgraduate students at the following link: End-of-program questionnaire for postgraduate students
(Completing the questionnaire is one of the conditions for the success of the exam application process)
3- All students (residents, delegates, all external agencies, expatriates….etc) after applying electronically to UMS, must print Form (A) and Form (B) and complete all the data on them and bring them along with a copy of the card after making sure that their name is included in the list of permitted names They have to enter the exam for the first time, which will be sent by the department In order to submit to the Department of Postgraduate Studies to pay the prescribed fees
4- [for master’s degrees and higher diplomas] All students nominated by the Ministry of Health after applying electronically to UMS، Print form (a), (b) and (c) Complete all data and bring following:
*Letter of executing a mission from the Ministry of Health (grants, missions and vacations department) *Original bachelor’s degree, even if it is a private university (bring the original equivalence) *Original of the excellence *Card copy, birth photo, and enlistment photo
This is after making sure that his name is included in the list of names allowed to take the exam for the first time, which will be sent by the department for studies. And bring all the previous papers to postgraduate studies to pay the prescribed fees.
5- [For master’s degrees and higher diplomas] For students applying for the exam for the second time only, they are required to apply electronically to UMS and print Form (A) and (B) and attend to pay the prescribed fees.
6- [to a professional diploma degree] After applying electronically to UMS, all students must print Form (A), Form (B), and Form (D), fill in all the data on them, and bring them, along with a copy of the card, to postgraduate studies to pay the prescribed fees.
6- Important note Dealing with the Department of Postgraduate Studies as follows Applying is electronically on the university platform UMS and completing paperwork
1) During the period from September 5, 2022 to September 19, 2022 [for master’s degrees and higher diplomas]
2) During the period from September 17, 2022 to October 1, 2022 [for a professional diploma]

3- All students applying for the exam for the first time After applying electronically to UMS, print Form A, Form B, and Form D, and fill in all the information on them. And go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the college to pay the fees And get the following:
To a master’s degree
*Number of 3 photo copies for your national ID *Number of 3 photo copies of the front of the thesis in Arabic *Copy of passing the basics of scientific research course *A letter from Mr. Prof. / Head of Department by submitting the Classroom LogBook + approval to enter the elective course
For higher diploma degree
*Number of 2 photo copies for your national ID *Copy of passing the basics of scientific research course *A letter from Mr. Prof. / Head of Department by submitting the Classroom LogBook + approval to enter the elective course
4- All students applying for the exam old system or still have unpassed courses after applying electronically to UMS, you should print Form A, Form B, and Form D, and fill in all the required information. And go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the college to pay the fees and get the following:
For Master degree
*Number of 3 photo copies for your national ID *Number of 3 photo copies of the front of the thesis in Arabic
For Higher Diploma degress
*Number of 2 photo copies for your national ID

3- To all applying students to enter the exam for the first time After applying electronically to UMS, print form (a) and form (b), complete all the data in them, and bring them along with a copy of the national number card for Egyptians / passport for expatriates, and the approval of the professor / department head to enter the exams In order to submit to the Department of Postgraduate Studies to pay the prescribed fees
4- All students applying for the exam old system and still have unpassed courses after applying electronically to UMS, you should print Form (A) and Form (B) and fill in all the data on them And bring them along with a copy of the national ID card for Egyptians / passport for expatriatesAnd go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the college to pay the required fees

3- For all students applying to enter the exam for the first time After applying electronically to UMS, you shoud print Form A, Form B and Form D and complete all required data abd go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the college to pay the prescribed fees and get the following:
*One photo copy for your national IDThe national number for Egyptians/passport for expatriates
*Number of 2 recent personal photos
*Number of 1 Copy of passing the basics of scientific research course
*Number of 1 copy of the TOEFL exam pass
* Number of 1 copy for the front of the thesis in Arabic
*A letter from Mr. Prof. / Head of Department to deliver the Classroom LogBook + Approval on entering the exam.
* A pass sheet for all semesters and grades signed from Mr. Prof. / Head of the Department.
4- All students applying for the exam old system or still have unpassed courses after applying electronically to UMS, you should print Form A, Form B, and Form D, and fill in all the required information. And go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the college to pay the fees and get the following:
*One photo copy for your national ID The national number for Egyptians/passport for expatriates
*Number of 1 صcopy of the TOEFL exam pass (Regulations of 2009 and Regulations of 2016)
* Number of 1 copy for the front of the thesis in Arabic
