حرصا على صحة بيانات الطلاب على منصة الجامعة UMS
على جميع الطلاب مراجعة بياناتهم الشخصية على المنصة وفي حالة وجود تعديل يمكن طلب التعديل من خلال المنصة.
سوف يتم اغلاق امكانية طلب التعديل من خلال المنصة يوم 29 يوليو 2023
ملاحظات هامة:
1. يجب ادخال البريد الالكتروني الرسمي المنتهي بـ med.asu.edu.eg@ حتى تتكمن من تعديل كلمة المرور الخاصة بحسابك على المنصة عن طريق خدمة Can’t Remember Your Password الموجودة في صفحة الدخول على المنصة.
2. رفع صورة شخصية صحيحة واضحة حتى يتم استخدامها عند طلب اصدار الشهادات.

Very Important
In order to ensure the correctness of student data on the university platform UMS
All students must review their personal data on the platform UMS, and in case of modification, the modification can be requested through the platform UMS
The possibility to request a modification through the platform UMS will be closed on July 29, 2023
Important Notes
1. You must enter the official email ending with @med.asu.edu.eg in order to be able to reset the password of your UMS account through the “Can’t Remember Your Password” service located on the login page on the platform UMS
2. Upload a valid and clear personal photo to be used when requesting the issuance of certificates
The personal photo must be in .JPG format
Steps to modify your data:
Step1: Log-in to your UMS account
Step2: Navigate to “My Profile” page
Step3: Click on “Change data request” and then
Step4: Enter your data accurately and upload your documents
Step5: After finishing, click on “Submit” button
Follow the next page in your Profile to know the status of your request
- “Responding to a request to complete the data”
