- 1991: Started the Career as Resident of Neurology and Psychiatry for three years in Ain Shams University Hospital and trained in Clinical Psychiatry and Neurology
- June -1999 till Septamber 2001: working in Saudi German Hospital in Jeddah, then from September 2001 till June-2004 working in Saudi German Hospital in Riyadh as Consultant neurology and Head of neurology and neurophysiology department
- 2004: Promoted to Assistant prof. of neurology in Ain shams University
- Since October 2004 till March 2006 , work as head of the Neurology Unit in Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital
